Welcome to Thesis Gurus. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Thesis Gurus offers academic consulting, dissertation support, data analysis, and related services. All guidance is professional, confidential, and tailored to university standards. We do not guarantee grades or academic outcomes; responsibility for final submissions remains with the student.

You agree to use our services for lawful academic purposes only. Plagiarism, misrepresentation, or misuse of our work is strictly prohibited. Our consultants provide guidance and support, but you must comply with your institution’s academic integrity policies.

We offer two payment options for your convenience:

• Full Payment Upfront: The client pays 100% of the total fee before work begins, and we deliver the complete paper upon completion.
• Installment Payment: The client pays a 50% deposit to start the project. We then deliver the first draft, typically covering about half of the work. Once the client approves this submission, the remaining balance is paid, and we proceed to complete and deliver the final paper.

Refunds are not available once work has commenced.

All client information, research topics, and submitted materials are treated with strict confidentiality and will never be disclosed to third parties.

Within Scope: Revisions or corrections requested within the agreed project scope are provided free of charge.

Beyond Scope: Additional revisions outside the original scope — such as new sections, substantial expansion, or a change of direction — will be quoted separately.

Topic Changes: A topic change is treated as new work, but offered at a reduced rate.

All content, materials, and resources provided by Thesis Gurus remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our materials without written consent.

Thesis Gurus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our responsibility is limited to the scope of consulting agreed upon.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Clients in other jurisdictions agree to comply with their applicable local laws.
